5. Payment Terms

• Payments are due before shipment.

Seller is not liable for transit delays or damage. Buyer must file claims with the carrier.

10. Warranties

Goods are sold "AS-IS." Seller warrants only that it has legal title. All other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Seller’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by Buyer for the Goods. Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify Seller from any claims related to misuse, resale, or handling of Goods.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.

Buyer is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations related to the Goods.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement and supersede prior discussions. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
